Most businesses don’t need more software. They need fewer things to do twice.

About

We are not trying to sell you software.

We are trying to remove the parts of your week that exist only because two systems don’t talk to each other, and to leave you with something your team will still be using in a year.

Where this started

Built on the floor,
not in a software company.

Most manufacturing and warehouse businesses don’t have a technology problem. They have a handover problem. An order arrives on WhatsApp, gets written on a card, gets typed into a spreadsheet, gets read out over the phone, and by the time somebody asks where the stock is, four people have four answers and all of them are defensible.

Nobody designed that. It piled up. Every step was a reasonable fix for a real problem, and the result is a way of working that nobody would choose but everybody now depends on.

Why we exist

To make the software fit the way the work already happens.

How we work

Three steps, in this order, every time.

  1. 01

    Understand

We watch how a job actually moves through your business, not how the process document says it moves. The gap between those two is usually where the work is.

  2. 02

    Simplify

Before automating anything, we remove the steps that only exist to feed another step. Automating a duplicate entry is still a duplicate entry.

  3. 03

    Connect

Then we build, using proven components wherever they fit and custom ones only where they earn their keep. Every custom piece is something somebody maintains later.

The team

The people you would actually work with.

Three of us. You will not be handed to an account manager after the first call, because there isn’t one.

Where we draw the line

What we won’t do.

  • Quote a percentage we can’t evidence

If we haven’t measured your process, any efficiency figure we give you is a guess with a decimal point on it.

  • Borrow someone else’s credibility

No logos we have not earned, no numbers we have not measured. What we can show you is the work itself, on a call, against your own process.

  • Start a six-month project

We’d rather digitise one workflow, get it working, and let you decide whether to carry on.

  • Leave you unable to change it without us

A system you have to ring somebody to change is a system you’ll stop changing.

Tell us how work gets done.

Twenty minutes, no slides. One workflow is enough to start a useful conversation.
